Breathtaking.
Very comfortable rooms and the fireplace makes it more cosy. The staff are very friendly from the reception, restaurant and accomodation. The food is good,but it can get better. We enjoyed our stay.
I thought we'd get to Thompson falls through the hotel, but one must go out as the general public.

This is a great place. We have stayed previously and we would stay there again.
The property is amazing, so clean and we always love the log fire in the rooms in the evening. Dinner & Breakfast were excellent. listening to the sound of Thompon Falls while in the rooms was an unforgettable experience for my family.
The water in the swimming pool was cold - informed this is on solar so the morning is not an ideal time to swim. The sauna/steam room were not functioning as they are on a timer to start at 17:00hrs.

Wonderful
Everything. They are good at service. Friendly staff and managers. Food is alright too.
Maybe the steambath. Was not quite heating up. Sauna was excellent though.
